What we offer

• A dynamic position with responsibility of the regional Source To Pay process, ensuring governance and compliance to Henkel Corporate Standards & Guidelines. Tasks include eg:
• Providing process expertise to achieve continuous process & efficiency improvements and managing project roll-outs and global / regional tenders.
• Ensuring e2e-compliance in regional STP processes, adapting local STP processes as consequence of legal and tax changes, ensuring continuous improvement & implementation of best-in-class processes & systems
• Supporting categories with local specifics / data for sourcing activities
• Implementing global sourcing strategies
• Acting as the first Purchasing/Finance contact for local / regional business
• The position is located in Stockholm, Sweden and is temporary approx. for one year during Malin Nilsson’s maternity leave from December 2017.

Who we are looking for

 • You have university degree within finance/economics and/or previous experience from purchasing/PTP tasks as well as some accounting and tax knowledge.
• You are fluent in Swedish, English and preferable skill from another Nordic language is a merit. A good knowledge in the Microsoft Office package is required and a good working knowledge in SAP is preferred.
• You have experience from projects and negotiations, both written and oral. You also have strong numerical and analytical skills with end-to-end process approach and global vision.
• You are structured, well organized and like to have many things going on at the same time.
• You are social, service minded, flexible, take initiatives and consider yourself as a problem solver.
• You have the ability to drive projects independently and able to work without supervision, make priorities and to work towards both long and short term goals.
