YOUR ROLE
- Purchase Order management - ensuring POs are processed timely and monitored accordingly.
- Shipment monitoring and documentation preparation for import clearance.
- To work closely with Planners, Customer Service, Superior as well as other support functions to achieve optimal service and inventory level
- Documentation completeness and accuracy.
- Supporting the Planners to achieve End Customer Service Level and Optimized Inventory
- Principal Accountabilities
- Place Purchasing Order to supplier base on system or purchasing requisition 30%
- Maintain /update shipment arrival information on SAP and track the goods delivery from supplier as request. Rush shipment push out 40%
- Vendor performance evaluation and follow the disqualification products with supplier or claim to insurance company 10%
- Follow up the IR/GR clean up with finance team and ensure the payment to supplier in time 10%
- IC IMS order follow up and new product information inquire for business team 10%
