YOUR ROLE

• Actively drive SAP UI Strategy and concepts for Henkel on a global scale and define standards
• Design, shape and implement leading technology solutions and optimize Henkel's solution portfolio to accelerate digital transformation within the SAP eco-system
• Independently create and take responsibility for front-end (Fiori), and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) architectures across systems
• Resolve design challenges that arise from interactions across different projects and shape solutions
• Ensure sustainable solutions by designing concepts, guidelines and rulesets for the sake of compliance and future-orientation
• Support transition in our S/4HANA transformation program with Focus on SAP Fiori and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model
• Closely collaborate with the existing agile product teams to define pragmatic solutions
• Scout, analyse, evaluate on trends and latest technologies in the SAP UI / UX environment
• Prevent and reduce complexity by streamlining application portfolio and giving directions to leverage existing investments across the value chain
• Actively support global implementation projects and upcoming new demands

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree in information technology or related
• 3-5 years of work experience as a SAP IT, SAP technology consultant or IT architect including practical experience with IT projects in an international environment with focus on SAP Business Technology Solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements to the sap technology stack to shape consistent solutions
• Very good understanding of SAP Technologies & Frameworks, SAP ABAP, SAP ABAP Core Data Services 
• Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori, UI5, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and experience in the use of SAP / ERP systems / SAP Cloud / SAP BTP
• Practical experience in S/4 HANA (transformation) projects and architecture skills are an advantage 
• Exceptional initiative, decisiveness and strong analytical thinking. Effective communication and convincing skills are essential.
• Passion for software and data to shape tech solutions
• Very good team player with extraordinary soft skills and the ability to collaborate closely with technical and non-technical teams
• Willingness to learn and be curious plus the ability to cope with conflicts and the desire to work in a dynamic and challenging global environment
• Excellent English skills - German preferably (Application in English and German language are accepted)
