- UV PSA HM localization and new product development.
- Solution acrylate production support.
- Product optimization.
- Provide UV PSA HM to support APP business continually increase, complete ADP project timely.
- Provide support to APP on existing or localized products for sample making and other tasks, with approval from Supervisor.
- RM saving (CCDB). Support procurement team to use low price RM improve existing products’ margin.
- Supply security of RMs. Work supply chain solve shortage issue and add alternative for key RMs.
- Manufacturing efficiency (on existing products). Work with production/engineering team to improve productivity or optimize the production procedure.
