YOUR ROLE

• Product owner for our global cyber security awareness program
  
• Manage a global team of direct colleagues and a wider team of security promotors to implement the program globally
  
• Provide strategic recommendation to upper management in key focus areas
  
• Responsible for the commercial matters of the program
  
• Support in talent management, succession planning and further people leadership duties
  
• Develop, execute, and evaluate digital communication campaigns, including all kinds of training, communication and events
  
• Join our global cyber security team and work closely with our excellent experts
  
• Be in contact with our colleagues from all business units and functions

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in communication, IT, security or related topic
• Minimum 7 years of broad professional experience in managing communication campaigns or projects with 5-15 people in an international organization
• Both business and technical acumen
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  
• High level of creativity to generate appealing ideas for our next security campaigns
  
• Ability to understand and simplify technical topics for communication to non-technical teams
  
• Proficiency in graphic design, scrum and IT-related work experience are a plus
  
• Fluent German and English language skills
