YOUR ROLE

The Hair Innovation & Strategic Growth team is looking for a seasoned and passionate Brand Manager to lead portfolio strategy and innovation for our Schwarzkopf Hair Color brands. This is an exciting brand-building opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving growth in the Hair category. As a Brand Manager you will have the opportunity to lead the end-to-end development of new innovations – including trend scouting, concept ideation, consumer research, design briefings and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovation strategies that align with each brand’s overall ambitions and goals.
Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Packaging, NPI and Legal, and oversee the end-to-end development of new innovations while ensuring projects are in line with core business objectives (revenue, margin, market share)
Analyze market, category, and consumer trends to uncover white spots and assess opportunities for our Hair Color innovation pipeline
Regularly review and analyze business results, collaborating with Brand Activation and Sales Strategy teams to understand in-market performance drivers and identify future opportunities to accelerate growth

YOUR SKILLS

•            A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent degree is preferred
•            5-7+ years of progressive experience in brand management, ideally in Beauty or Personal Care.
•            Demonstrated leadership and project management skills. Strong team player.
•            Balance of creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for Beauty. Hair experience a plus!
•            Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Comfortable presenting to large groups and senior management.
•            Expertise in innovation process with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
•            Experience working in a diverse, global organization preferred.

The salary for this role is $105,500.00 - $158,700.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
