YOUR ROLE

  • Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers.
  • Develop MRO business.
  • Sales area, Weifang、Dongying、Binzhou、Zibo
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
  • Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints.
  • Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account.

  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors 30%
  • Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account 30%
  • Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities 20%
  • Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory 20%

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years working experience.
  • project management experience is preferred.
  • Industry background, chemicals/metal/Power
  • Good understanding of project management process
  • Effective communication, have good sense of cross-departmental collaboration, be able to analyze and solve problems in a structured and logical way
