- Ensuring proper maintenance of all machines and equipment to avoid downtime
- Developing and implementing repair and maintenance procedures, monitoring the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, priorities spending to achieve timeliness, reliability, and safety standards
- Coaching and mentoring technician and assisting to diagnose more complex problems with machinery or equipment problems
