YOUR ROLE

  • Lead global office and workspace projects as experienced, reliable and competent business partner
  • Progress and promote Henkel's cultural transformation with the “smart work” office concept 
  • Steer diverse, international teams collaborating with internal and external contributors
  • Manage and inspire the relevant stakeholders and moderating different interests in pursuit of innovative solutions 
  • Collect business requirements, develop the feasibility study and prepare the business case
  • Transfer project goals into investment plan; prepare and obtain top management approvals
  • Ideate, coordinate and track the project implementations achieving budget, time and quality goals

YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree in architecture or related field; combination with apprenticeship in construction field welcome
  • 5-10 years of work experience in construction management, architecture or real estate
  • Track record in interior design / workplace projects; additional experience with hospitality or R&D projects welcome 
  • Profound project management skills in an international / intercultural context 
  • Desire to work in a global, interdisciplinary project environment 
  • Excellent, passionate communication and presentation skills in English; bi-lingual skills in German or other languages desirable
  • Agile, persistent and self-organized team player with enthusiasm for culture, space and design
