  • Generating one of Henkel‘s business units “Consumer Brand” sales operation via assuming responsibility for the Modern Channels in order to maximize strategic targets (NES, profitability, Market Share, A/R, Sales Budget)
  • Creating sales strategy, setting goals, planning, and ensuring execution for the responsible channel
  • Building strong relationships with related key customer and realize plans collaboratively
  • Working in close cooperation with other sales channels to ensure the collaboration to reach the targeted business results
  • Planning FY category-based sell-in targets for the Modern Channel Key Accounts
  • Following profitability of each and every customer on responsible categories, providing proactive action plans in order to secure the profitability as well as stable growth for the “Laundry & Home Care & Personal Care business
  • Executing brand strategies and ensuring customer sell-out performance via excellent POS executions with close relationship other departments such as Marketing, Trade Marketing and Category Management
  • Setting and following targets for customers and sales staff
  • Realizing route trade visits to increase Henkel’s reputation and influence


  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering or in a relevant field
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Key Account Management in an FMCG company is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Strength with strategic and analytical thinking skills combining with critical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Self-confident professional, who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound leadership capabilities
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
  • Valid Driving license
