YOUR ROLE
- As part of Henkel’s Corporate Controlling Team you actively create financial transparency and provide decision-making support for the management of the Global HR Organization
- A high-impact controlling role with exceptional visibility in an international environment and plenty of room for personal & professional development
- Leverage your expertise in financial cost reporting, planning and forecasting
- Actively contribute to budget and forecast processes in cooperation with the HR Leadership Team
- Prepare scenario, ad-hoc and project related analyses with respect to cost developments for senior/top management
- Continuously improve the processes that stand behind the cost reporting, planning, forecasting and controlling
- Closely cooperate with different departments within Finance, other Functions and Business Units
- Act as a reliable business partner to the HR organization
