YOUR ROLE

  • As part of Henkel’s Corporate Controlling Team you actively create financial transparency and provide decision-making support for the management of the Global HR Organization
  • A high-impact controlling role with exceptional visibility in an international environment and plenty of room for personal & professional development
  • Leverage your expertise in financial cost reporting, planning and forecasting
  • Actively contribute to budget and forecast processes in cooperation with the HR Leadership Team
  • Prepare scenario, ad-hoc and project related analyses with respect to cost developments for senior/top management
  • Continuously improve the processes that stand behind the cost reporting, planning, forecasting and controlling
  • Closely cooperate with different departments within Finance, other Functions and Business Units
  • Act as a reliable business partner to the HR organization

YOUR SKILLS

  • Top class university degree, preferably with majors in controlling / finance / accounting
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional controlling experience preferably in an international environment
  • Curious and high willingness to learn
  • High interest in financial processes and developing them further
  • Proficient Knowledge in SAP CO and proficient in using MS-Office products (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders in different areas and hierarchies
  • Highly motivated & team-oriented with a distinct ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Fluent English language skills
