YOUR ROLE

• Managing relevant set of venture portfolio for new business models with a strong focus on industrial production
  
• Consulting on customer production strategy through market-research
  
• Lead customer production ventures as appropriate from concept to scaling and convince appropriate executive management of venture recommendations
  
• Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions with recommendations to stakeholders "Executive Ready"
  
• Ensure strategic consistency by synchronizing venture goals, and customer production strategy
  
• Establish overall planning (incl. resources and budget), aligning across relevant ventures in responsible programs, considering interdependencies
  
• Evaluate and critically review progress of ventures impacted on a continuous basis
  
• Internal and external scouting of initiatives and partners with a strong connection to the ventures and venture portfolio

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree in relevant field
  
• Technical experiences with production and /or operations environments
  
• Basic business data analytics skills, e.g. PowerBI, Tableau and how to connect to data sources
  
• Entrepreneurship & business building
  
• Venture building and/or corporate venture building experience
  
• Agile Program/Project Management skills a plus
  
• Decisiveness and risk-taking skills as well as analytical skills and strategic thinking
  
• IT / System Know-How is a plus
