YOUR ROLE

• Supervise US General Accounting team and oversee processes performed by Manila GA SSC 
• Ensure timeliness, and accuracy and compliance of quarterly financial reporting 
  
• Ensure timeliness and quality of audit procedures on US, Canada and Puerto Rico entities 
  
• Control the account reconciliation and Balance Sheet Review process  
  
• Support NA M&A and divestments 
  
• Train and develop accounting managers 
  
• Direct payroll and benefit accounting processes and provide support to HR and Functional Controlling
  
• Initiate and oversee development digital solutions to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting and reporting process and sub processes
  
• Oversee health checks on selected core processes 
  
• Implement global and projects according to the project plans
  
• Oversee implementation of corporate accounting standards; Provide technical accounting explanations to Business and functions
  
   

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
• CPA - big 4 experience preferred
• 8+ years work experience in positions of increasing responsibility
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards a plus
  
  

The salary for this role is $135,800.00 - $180,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
