YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for Extra care category sales and channel strategy, to achieve growth target and market share
- Generate category long-term and short-term development plan
- Dig out category & shopper insight to define and manage category 6P
- Improve investment efficiency to achieve better P&L
- Collaborate with cross function to implement the plan and deliver result
- Principal Accountabilities
- Collaborates with Trade Marketing Heads, marketing teams for planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all in-store activities
- Collaborates with product managers and marketing team to implement sales promotions and product communication
- Develops trade programs in line with sales strategy,Coordinates and monitors the execution of related sales activities
- Collects and analyzes necessary information to identify opportunities
- Ensures that the desired product benefits and brand values / equity are properly communicated
