YOUR ROLE

• Ensure quality and accuracy of Master Data; Monitoring data flow from PIA (IDH creation tool) to SAP
  
• Support urgent cases (change/correct requests for P03 related Master Data), Material Master Data projects, and mass requests
  
• Monitor IDH material status; Monitor Time to Market (T2M) performance 
  
• Create Material Master Data workflows for P03 missing, additional values, and/or data clean up 
  
• Perform troubleshooting for Master Data / PIA users and resolve any data collection issues (e.g., connection between A functions and GBS+)
  
• Initiate and implement initiatives for data quality and continuous process improvement

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other related courses 
• With at least six (6) years of experience handling Master Data Concept, Processes, and Project Management; Preferably obtained from a multinational or shared service working environment 
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement opportunities is an advantage 
• Knowledgeable in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Amenable to report in Cabuyao, Laguna on a day shift schedule (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
