YOUR ROLE
- Develop and implement medium to long term marketing strategies for Henkel's Laundry & Home Care, Beauty Retail and Shiseido Professional Hair Care segments in Korea
- Develop and execute innovation pipeline with Asia regional marketing team and international marketing unit
- Oversee and direct all marketing activities in Korea, including investment and brand building initiatives, on and offline campaign development, and digital marketing
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitive activities to identify market opportunities within the beauty retail and professional hair care industries
- Strengthen brand awareness and positioning in the local market
- Manage P&L for the category and each brand and develop and execute retail pricing strategy
- Create, execute and manage annual marketing budgets for three business units
- Periodically analyze and optimize product portfolio
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Supply teams on product development and synchronize strategies
- Monitor, measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns
- Develop and grow the direct reports and the team
- Keep people highly motivate and engaged
- Build a high performing team
