- Develop eCommerce including key e-retailers and continuously enhance sales fundamental; Develop annual digital channel e-4P strategies and plan in line with business objectives
- Ensure to implement plans and promotional activities, keenly monitor sell out progress, and evaluate them; Drive traffic to accelerate e-Commerce sales and revenue via effective e-Communication and promotions
- Build trust and foster a relationship with customers; Ensure to stabilize retail selling price by close monitoring of price with proactive actions in terms of promotions, e-banner, SEO etc.
- Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends, and identify business opportunities for sustainable growth
- Work in close cooperation with other sales channels, trade marketing and global e-commerce team to ensure the collaboration to reach the targeted business results
- Keenly monitor sell out trend and inventory level, and own to manage responsible account demand to minimize possible out of stock risk and sales loss risk
