What you´ll do
- Be involved in a wide range of HR projects (e.g. Employer Reputation activities)
- Contribute to our success by taking over recruitment processes
- Screen CVs and identify suitable candidates based on hiring requirements, conduct screenings and interviews with hiring managers, manage job postings across internal and external recruitment platforms
- Coordinate training and workshop logistics and coordination - including ordering materials, communicating with internal leaders, managing online communication tools, etc.
- Assist in organizing assessment centers, participate in career fairs, and recruitment initiatives.
- Support processes/operations of the respective Henkel team
- Comply with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
What makes you a good fit
- Master's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any other related field
- Problem solving capabilities
- Team working spirit
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Fluency in English, Italian is mandatory
