About this Position
Responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, driving growth, managing innovation projects, and strengthening brand performance under Henkel Consumer Brands in the Egyptian market.
What you´ll do
- Develop and execute annual brand strategies and growth plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities through consumer, shopper, market, and competitor insights.
- Define brand positioning, communication strategies, and portfolio priorities.
- Adapt global and regional brand strategies to the Egyptian market.
- Monitor brand performance and KPIs to drive growth and continuous improvement.
Lead innovation and renovation projects to address consumer needs and strengthen brand competitiveness.

What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a brand manager or similar role in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
