About this position
About this Position
- Product development thermal management material for electronic consume and edge devices.
- Provide support to customers and internal team including manufacturing and TCS/Sales for existing thermal product line.
- Daily lab 5s maintenance.
What you´ll do
- Develop new products to meet customer requirements within an agreed timeline. Responsible for communication, documentation and report of laboratory research work, patent writing.
- Support product development engineer for scale-up, process optimization and quality improvement.
- Support application engineer and business on technical problem solving if required.
- Follow Henkel SHE/5s rules.
What makes you a good fit
- Master or above degree, with at least 3-5 relevant years working experience in product development.
- Thermal management project experience is preferred, or silicones/fillers background are also considered.
- Good communication skills and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Good sense of overcoming difficulties/solving problems.
- Workable in English communication.
