What you´ll do
- Steer Trade Marketing& Channel strategy for Modern Channels
- Defining promo & in store plan, set KPIs and track results , deriving key learnings
- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning and execution
- Define and implement succesful launch plan initiatives for Innovation to reach targets
- Close collaboration with various teams to reach the objectives (Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence)
What makes you a good fit
- Master's Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or Trade Marketing
- At least 4 years of experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing/Sales preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong data analysis skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English and Italian
