About this Position
- This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.
What you´ll do
- Take ownership and drive Key Strategic Initiatives within the Datacom/Telecom and Power & Industrial Automation Strategy Cluster.
- Own and drive partnerships, investments, and M&A opportunities.
- Form portfolio and resource allocation recommendation, scout and execute concrete future growth opportunities also in light of competitive landscape.
- Provide strategic business insights to leadership, enabling data-driven decision making and alignment on strategic priorities.
- Develop long-term strategic investment planning, impacting product portfolio and global manufacturing footprint decisions to support sustainable growth.
- Lead strategic projects through strong cross-functional stakeholder alignment, KPI governance and execution management.
- Collaborate and work together with the Market Segment Managers for Datacom/Telecom and Power & Industrial Automation.
- Senior executive stakeholders management.
What makes you a good fit
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, Strategy or related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in Strategy, Project Management, Sales Leadership, in B2B environment.
- 5+ years experience in the electronics and/or Datacom markets.
- Experience in Data Analytics, Digitalization, Change management and business transformation with strong business acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills across cultures.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent written and oral English skills, willingness to travel internationally.
