About this Position
What you´ll do
- Close cooperation with Henkel Consumer Brands Global Professional Hair Controlling team based in Hamburg, partnering with diverse sets of stakeholders
- Support the team with several Financial Planning & Analysis tasks, including planning, forecasting and reporting of actual results
- Prepare various presentation materials and analytical reports for strategic business reviews at the executive level
- Create and maintain impactful dashboards and performance reports to enable an effective data driven decision-making across the organization
- Engage in process optimization and harmonization project initiatives at regional and global level.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data science, or a related field
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex business requirements into BI solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query M formula language, MS Excel
- Focus on detail, precision and working transparently with managing priorities independently
- Active level of English (written & spoken)
- Knowledge of VBA or SQL is a plus
- Flexibility, customer orientation and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn new skills

Minimum salary: 2100 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
