What you´ll do
- Provide administrative support to the HR Team on daily operations and payroll processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support the preparation of reports and analysis to support decision making
- Adminsitrative support on compensation and benefits
- Support HR Team on projects
What makes you a good fit
- University student (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or HR) with minimum 1,5-2 year student status
- Minimum weekly 25 hours
- Hungarian language and intermediate English proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn about HR back office, especially payroll, compensation and benefits
- Open to commute on demand to our Kornye Plant
- Drivers license is an advantage
