About this position
What you´ll do
- Drives sales devel-t and growth with assigned customer portfolio and newly developed leads, where needed with new projects/dev-t programs.
- Executes local sales plans for assigned accounts in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers.
- Manages new leads and lead qualification within assigned customer scope.
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors.
- Works closely with others and other Henkel departments to provide the best customer experience.
- Executes pricing actions.
- Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities.
- Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account.
- Performs regular check of Supplier Portals incl. supplier news, quality / audit issues and production data updates of major accounts.
- Manages special requests incl. order release, credit limit, debit / credit / return goods.
- Supports transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, e.g. price and contract management in the IT-system (SAP).
- Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
- Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints.
What makes you a good fit
- INT/EXT related working experience is preferred.
- 8+ years working experience.
- Adhesive for automotive related experience.
- Bachelor/Master‘s degree.
- Major in Chemical is preferred.
- Good English.
