What you´ll do:
- Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
- Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
- Ensure operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
- Manage Batch wise processes of various Engineering Adhesives & sealants.
- Filling & packing of various Products into respective packs.
- Selected individuals will manage production activities in shifts.
- Understanding manufacturing processes / equipment, and troubleshooting / failure analysis.
What makes you a good fit:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing preferably in an adhesive/ Paint/ Chemical environment with B.E. Chemical Engineering
- Strong People management and interpersonal skills, proven leadership, sense of urgency, self-starter – takes the initiative.
- Strong inclination towards Safety & Quality
- Monitoring & Adhering to Production Plans.
- Coordinating with concern department for achieving organization KPIs
- Planning & Assigning work workmen and subordinate to render better services, keep all workforce motivated to ensure high level of quality consciousness, team spirit, optimum utilization of spares, cost control, etc.
- Maintenance of TS 16969, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001,5S which are in place at the Company and maintain documents, records, Driving 5S & lean related activities.
