About this position
What you´ll do
- Builds, refines and periodically recalibrates the statistical models and algorithms based on business needs and sales behavior
- Tracks weekly / monthly / yearly evolution of key KPIs and identifies performance opportunities or risks
- Collaborates closely with dx in continuous improvements on models or other requirements
- Supports process excellence, adherence and standardization globally through data analytics
- Collects, processes, structures and analyses data from multiple sources with the aim to extract relevant insights
- Collaborates closely with other SC Planning teams and neighboring functions to refine the models and adjust them to region specifics
- Designing and implements continuous improvement actions in the analytical tools and technical processes Identifies issues to be tackled and performs the corresponding root cause analysis
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on Data Science; a Master’s degree in Data Science is considered an asset
- Min. 2 years of experience in a Data Science or related role; previous experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with effective communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is required; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment with colleagues across the globe
